I who run this company and work with this unique method have several years of experience in working within the service industry, both in Sweden as well as internationally. I also have several years of experience of teaching in service management.
I have been doing evaluations for different companies in Sweden, USA and the Caribbean. Some of my previous clients are, Hyatt, Grand Hyatt, Park Hyatt, Hilton, Adam´s Mark, Hotel Bel-Air, Grand Wailea Resort i Hawaii, Tommy Bahama and Wayne´s Coffee.

AB Brilliant uses a unique method where the review and evaluation results in a detailed report with suggestions of improvements. The method used by AB Brilliant has its origin in America and has been further developed by me.
